This spam blocker by Sunbelt performs best with Outlook 2000 and 2002. It also works with Outlook Express, but not as well. It can also automatically block emails with large quantities of foreign text.
iHateSpam was voted best buy by PCWorld Magazine, but it's not perfect and still allows some spam emails through. It has a Friends list ( whitelist ) which you can insert to allow emails from regular contacts to get through.
